Michael Delaney Perrott AM
Non-Executive Chairman

BCom, FAIM, FAICD

Michael has been involved in industries associated with construction, contracting, mining and land development since 1969. He is currently the Chairman of GME Resources Limited and a non-executive director of Schaffer Corporation Limited. He is currently the Chairman of GME Resources Limited and non-executive direcotr of Schaffer Corporation Limited. He has previously held the role of Managing Director of Gardner Perrott Group Limited, Chairman of Port Bouvard Limited and was a non-executive director of Portman Limited. He is also a member of the Board of Notre Dame University and SANE Australia. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Andrew Broad
Managing Director

Andrew is the Managing Director of the Group and has over 20 years experience in contracting and services businesses in both the resources and industrial sectors. Prior to joining VDM Group, Andrew held the position of Chief Operating Officer with ASX-listed drilling company Ausdrill, where he represented the company in a number of joint ventures and boards, as well as holding strategic development, investor relations and other senior management roles within the company. Andrew has gained international expertise having been involved in the growth of businesses globally in both developed and emerging markets

Barry Nazer

Barry is a non-executive director of Coventry Group Limited and MG Kailis Group. He has previously held roles of Chief Financial Officer with Bank of Western Australia Limited (BankWest), Wesbeam Holdings Limited and WESFI Limited. Barry is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Tim Crossley

Tim is a Queensland based respected mining executive with cross commodity experience in metallurgical coal, manganese and iron ore. His recent roles have included Global Head of Mining for Noble Group, Executive General Manager Carbon Steel Materials and Coal for Hancock Prospecting, President and Chief Operating Officer of BHP Billiton Iron Ore, General Manager and Director of Groote Eylandt Mining Company, Mine Manager and Senior Site Executive for BHP Mitsui Coal’s South Walker Creek mine. Tim is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Office of Gloucester Coal. Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michal Fry

Michael is an experienced accounting and finance professional. He has a strong background in accounting and corporate advice, having worked with KPMG (Perth), Deloite Touche Tohmatsu (Melbourne) and boutique corporate advisory practice Troika Securities Ltd (Perth). He has previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at Swick Mining Services Limited, a publicly listed drilling services provider contracting to the mining industry in Australia and North America. On 11 July 2011, Michael was appointed the Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Manager of Cougar Metals NL (ASX: CGM).

Richard Mickle

B.Eng, FIEAust, FAICD

Richard has more than 30 years experience in the construction and engineering sector, including 24 years at John Holland Group, now part of Leighton Holdings. During his time at John Holland, Richard held a number of senior management positions including General Manager of the Western Region. He has experience in a wide range of major developments including transport, resources, industrialand built infrastructure projects. Richard is currently the Managing Director of Appain Group, a project management group based in Western Australia.
