VDM completed the earthworks to Stage 1 as a separate contract. This involved cut to fill of approx. 600,000m3 of sand. VDM has since completed a number of separate stages under a negotiated contract arrangement with LandCorp whilst working within a strict CEMP (Construction Environment Management Plan) as this site is close to significant wetland areas.
