VDM completed the bulk earthworks which involved the removal of 78,000 m3 of sand from the site and the clearing of topsoil and debris. The civil works included in the project are construction of limestone retaining walls, all in ground services (water, sewer, stormwater, power, telecom and gas), road works and the final trimming of lots.
Of note is that Highbury 7’s entrance crosses the main Bunbury to Dampier Gas Pipeline which required clearance from the pipeline owner to build near the pipe.
