The total project works included 4 canal stages and 10 dry lot stages:
- 3 million m3 of bulk earthworks.
- 1 million m m3 of soil remediation blending silt with sand fill.
- Extensive dewatering and disposal management measures.
- 8km of canal walling.
- 2km of rock revetments including entrance to Peel Inlet.
- Construction of 2 breakwaters into Peel Inlet.
- 3 bridges connecting Island developments.
- 60,000m2 of road pavement.
- Installation of underground services – sewer, water, stormwater and power.
- Construction of concrete boat ramp.
