Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Ken Perry attended the University of Western Australia graduating with first class honours in chemistry. He then joined the CRA Group as a chemist working for Hamersley Iron in Karratha. He spent over twenty years with CRA in managerial positions at Argyle Diamonds and Bougainville Copper before being appointed Managing Director of Conzinc Asia, a Singapore based Asian metals trading company and investment holding company. He was then appointed President of An Mau Steel, a steel rolling mill in Taiwan. Along the way he collected an MBA from Harvard University.
Upon the successful divestment of An Mau Steel, Ken resigned from CRA to return to Perth where he was appointed Director General of the Western Australia Department of Minerals and Energy. After several years he joined RFC Corporate Finance and then took up the challenge of turning around Brandrill Limited in 2002. Brandrill merged with Ausdrill Limited in late 2009, Ken then joined VDM Group as CEO on 1 February 2010.
Ken was chairman of the West Australian Ballet Company between 1995 and 2002 during which time the Ballet found new life and financial stability. He is a passionately bad golfer. |

Len is a senior finance executive with 30 years’ experience in the corporate sector having worked in a range of industries including diversified engineering, mining, mineral exploration, mine development and oil and gas. He has held a number of senior finance roles in publicly listed companies including United Group Limited, Decmil Group Limited (formerly Paladio Group Limited), Titan Resources Limited, Consolidated Minerals Limited, Carnarvon Petroleum Limited and Devex Limited.
Len holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University of Australia. |

Bob is the Chief Operating Officer for the VDM Consulting Division and has over 30 years experience in engineering design, documentation, contract administration and project management of civil engineering, structural engineering and statutory planning projects.
Bob holds a diploma in civil engineering and environmental design, is a QBSA registered builder, and a PAMD registered property developer director. |

Andrew is the Chief Operating Officer for the VDM Construction and Contracting Division and has over 20 years experience in contracting and services businesses in both the resources and industrial sectors. Previously he held the position of Chief Operating Officer with ASX listed Ausdrill Limited which included representation of the company in a number of joint ventures and boards, as well as holding strategic development, investor relations, and other senior management roles within the organisation.
His expertise extends internationally having been involved in the growth of businesses globally in both developed and emerging markets. |

DARRYL FERRARA Chief Operating Officer, New Business |
| Darryl is the Chief Operating Officer of New Business and has a comprehensive and varied career in senior management roles in resource and infrastructure companies involved in quarrying, raw materials and concrete. His assignments emphasize his expertise in business expansion and product development. After many years of growing businesses for other people, Darryl founded Rocktec in 2004 and developed it until it became a subsidiary of the VDM Group. He has held presidential roles in the Civil Contractors Federation of WA, and the Sand Producers Association of WA, is a member of the Institute of Quarrying and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. |

HARRY ADAMS General Manager, Business Development |
Harry Adams is dynamic, resourceful and innovative, employed by the Group to take the lead in business development.
With 35 years industry experience in resource development and construction projects, his expertise is in developing major (A$1billion+) mining and regional infrastructure projects in Western Australia. Harrys’ involvement in projects total more than A$15 billion capex value of completed feasibility projects and A$2 billon of feasibility projects through construction and into operations.
He has held a number of executive roles in publically listed and private companies including Fortescue Metals Group, GHD and Anaconda Nickel. His experience is complimented by a broad overseas base in major land and marine engineering and construction projects in Libya, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Indonesia and Nigeria.
