VDM Consulting was commissioned as 'lead consultant' by the NSW state government to assist with the project feasibility and cabinet minute for funding the complex, followed by the master planning, design and development of the facility based on the Kwinana model.
VDM Consulting also assisted the Department of Public Works and Services (NSW) to manage the project through all phases of the work from conception to completion and handover of an operational facility.
It is recognised as one of the best Australian tracks and, along with Kwinana in WA, a best practice world class facility.
