Location: Cape Preston, WA
Installation of 1,550 beds for construction accommodation and all central facilities including kitchen, dry and wet mess, gymnasium, recreation room, swimming pool, laundries, etc. for the Sino Iron site.
Works comprised of bulk earthworks, installation of all services, installation of accommodation buildings, footpaths, verandas and road works including car parking. All works were installed to Cyclone Region D, Importance Level 4.
Work included the management, on behalf of the directly engaged contractors, of the installation and commissioning of the potable water tanks, waste water treatment plant and high voltage power installation.
