Construction of the new OHP3 Administration Building:
- Accommodate 140 persons in two identical office areas and includes 30 offices, 84 open planned workstations.
- Central facility comprises a reception area, 1x boardroom, 2x conference rooms, 2 resource/print areas, 2x tea areas, 1x communication room, 3 training rooms, storage and utilities areas, café lounge, cleaners room, toilets and a sick bay.
- Building designed to enable expansion in the future to 210 persons.
- Concrete floor, steel portal frame, pre-cast wall panels including feature exposed aggregate panels and Austral P/L Econotilt Foam core wall and roof lading.
