VDM Construction provided the construction works for this project which is a seven storey building with 40 luxury apartments, a jetty, boardwalk and restaurant. It also features basement storage, a ground floor car-park and retail outlets.
The project was architecturally designed by John Silbert Architects and VDM Engineering provided the structural engineering.
